We collect personal information (Name, Email, Organization, Tech Stack) exclusively for the purposes of technical consultancy. By submitting our contact forms, you provide manifest, free, and enlightened consent for Kiralys to process this data. We do not use tracking technologies (cookies) that identify you without your prior consent.
03 // Data Lifecycle and Security
- Storage: Data is stored on secure servers located in Quebec, Canada.
- Retention: Information is kept only for the duration necessary to fulfill the purpose of collection or as required by law.
- Destruction: Once the purpose is achieved, data is securely anonymized or destroyed.

Under Law 25, you hold the following rights:
- Access and Rectification: The right to consult and correct your data.
- De-indexing: The right to request that we stop disseminating your information.
- Portability: The right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used technological format.
- Withdrawal: The right to withdraw consent at any time.
05 // Confidentiality Incidents
Kiralys maintains a register of confidentiality incidents. In the event of a data breach presenting a risk of serious injury, we will notify the Commission d’accès à l’information and the affected individuals as required by law.
